If you use a Man-Trailing Bloodhound in Law Enforcement or, are considering getting a Bloodhound for your department, the National Police Bloodhound Association is the oldest law enforcement Bloodhound association in the country, and the most experienced when it comes to the utilization of the Man-Trailing Bloodhound. Membership into the oldest Bloodhound Organization is a must for the new handler / agency.
